First time I have used Hometree after ditching  British Gas and the difference in service is massive. Very easy to organise the boiler service, turned up nice and early in the time slot after receiving a call advising they were on the way.
Engineer was very polite and professional, respectful of my property and explained everything that had happened at the end… puts British Gas to shame.
